Get in, sweat it out and get on with your day!

High Intensity Interval Training is perfect for those individuals looking for a quick workout during their lunch break! Defiant Fitness’ H.I.I.T. Lunch™ is a 30-minute workout, including a functional warm-up, the workout itself and a cool down and stretch period. We use interval training and metabolic conditioning to force your body into fat-burning mode.

A Healthier You

Kettlebell Fusion™ is small group personalized kettlebell fitness class. Each class is tailored to it's participants. This class is suitable for beginners to those who have experience training with kettlebells.
